Orange is (sort of) out, grey is in and the monolith that was the garish 60es wallpaper inspired header has been slain. Long live the king!
After quite some months of orange powered operation, the ‘foo has had a few edges smoothed and the taking-names-and-kicking-ass geekfu ninja is back. Cause Ninjas are cool. And deadly.
Like Chuck Norris. Who is also cool. And deadly. And will round-house kick your head in to prove it. Bitch.
So, a little nip here, a tuck there, some javascript purging and clean-up of code and not only does the damn thing validate (finally) but it loads ~3 times faster than it did, as it was as slow as molasses in liquid nitrogen.. and that’s pretty darn slow. Indeed ice ages (note plural) once came and went whilst the previous code did it’s thing.
So we’re loading a tad faster, we’re not breaking apart in your browser (yes, even in Internet Explorer) and we’re certainly not eating your children. Because that would be bad. Doubly so if you didn’t have any. Because then we’d have to send Chuck Norris in. And we know what happens then.

After some hackery and general pondering over just what sort of feed options are best, the feed options have, err.. grown.
