This time next week, all hell breaks loose, in the form of a mass-migration of ‘geeks-and-gear’ to our new home.
Thus, updates will be pretty sparse, primarily stuff in the form of links that I think are mad-cool. I may get time to drop a full post or two, but there’s no promises, sadly.
Because one simply cannot trust Telstra, our ADSL2+ Internet connection will suddenly cease to function at *some point* this week. And I do say “some point”, because Telstra have a habit of ignoring the date one has requested and will un-jumper the ADSL connection at the exchange whenever the hell they feel like it.
Frequently that means 3-4 days before the actual date requested. Perhaps they will surprise me. I doubt it.
So do not fear if the the tome-of-foo falls silent for a couple of weeks. As the HHGtTG suggests, in large lettering on the front cover — Don’t Panic.
I shall return. Or something.
