100 in 15 - 9rules

9 rules round 5 - ding ding!

.. and so it begins.

Round 5 has started with a bang - 100 Sites In 15 Minutes » 9rules Network Official Blog.

Well updates won’t come this fast, but I thought it was cool to say that we got 100 submissions in 15 minutes.

My submission is in, along with, by now, a good deal many more. I think it’s pretty safe to say this will likely be the largest round in 9rules history.. Good luck to those who have submitted and as I’ve mentioned before, I look forward to discovering a great many more diverse and creative voices through the 9.

    Good luck with that.

Whilst Im tempted to submit to 9rules just-for-the-hell-of-it - I dont think my content contains enough.

    Matthew,

I’ve always found your entries quite unique and (particularly the more in depth posts) quite a fascinating read.

The round should still be open (at least for a few more hours) so do consider applying.

Thanks Brendan. I did (honestly) try to write decent posts of a decent length a while ago - but Ive just been really slack lately. That was the idea of the one big post and all the minor ones being asides, sadly Ive not kept to it.

    Good luck again with 9rules.

I hear you and have, ironically, been in exactly the same position in the past.

The site redesign, the plugin release, etc have been as a result of some pretty major soul searching on whether I should just throw the towel in or not.

I chose “not” and have thrown myself into blogging and have found a new sense of freedom and all new boundaries to explore. :)

The exact same “do I, or don’t I?” question will present itself to every blogger at some point.
