So what is this XML RSS feed ‘thing’ all about?

Web feeds provide web content or summaries of web content together with links to the full versions of the content, and other metadata. RSS in particular, delivers this information as an XML file called an RSS feed, webfeed, RSS stream, or RSS channel. In addition to facilitating syndication, web feeds allow a website’s frequent readers to track updates on the site using an aggregator. — wikipedia

So where can I get a client to handle RSS feeds?

The Wikipedia has a great list of RSS capable clients or aggregators.

So how does that help me?

Well, if you find the entries in this blog interesting and would like to continue reading future entries, but would prefer not having to constantly check back for new content, you can ’subscribe’ to the feeds you wish to track from the list below into your RSS client:

– main entry news feed #

– main comments feed #

– newsvine feed #

– del.icio.us #

– flickr #

Of course, you are always welcome back if you would like to comment or simply visit to see what’s changed.
