For the next 24 hours I am moving content, themes and data across to the new ’surreal 2.0 platform. Please note that I have disabled commenting for now as I want to minimise having to migrate additional post change content across (since shit always goes missing when one does that) - so feel free to head on over to the devel site undergoing live updates1. It will, apon completion replace the current live (albeit now static) site.
I’ll state right now that things are looking very promising - the db has been imported successfully (I knew stripping the data down to the minimum was the way to go) and the transition thus far has gone smoothly.
