Ok, that’s weird

Ok, so feedburner is reporting that at least one itunes 4.9 client (with podcast support) has subscribed to the ‘ramblings feed - only I cannot actually find my podcast in the ITMS list. What the?! :)

Tis simple. To add a podcast you just drag the RSS feed for the podcast into iTunes. It doesn’t have to be in the iTMS list.

    I discovered that. :)

I spent a good 5 minutes roaming around the interface looking for a manual addition feature - discovered the “Subscribe to podcast” menu entry in “Advanced”.

I was at work at the time, so had to not look like I spent half the day mucking around with iTunes. :D

Wasn’t aware it was drag-n-drop capable with RSS urls, nice..

That’s my modus operandi for trying out new mac tricks. Everything is drag and droppable. It’s one of the reasons I love my Mac. If you think something should work a certain way, most times, it does.

    “Everything is drag and droppable.”

Yes well, I come from a windows/linux background - drag-n-drop has never worked overly well in either environment. :)

    All good stuff to know.

    Its great isnt it :-D

Ive not played much with itunes podcast capabilities yet, and to be honest, ive not had much time lately to listen to podcasts, but its certainly a great idea. It just doesnt feel quite finished and polished up yet.
